Andrew Frosst isn't new to the Alberta arts scene, but his new exhibit at the Art Gallery of Alberta's RBC New Works Gallery is especially noteworthy: it features two artworks—one of which is a wig floating and moving around in a tank like a bizarre form of aquatic life.
