A recent statistics Canada study reveals we have become significantly heavier and less fit than we were as a nation 20 years ago.

How much is our obesity epidemic costing us? What is causing it, should we find out before we take action?  And most of all, how do we solve this serious social issue must we change the way the population eats and emphasize exercise?  And even if experts can agree on a solution - how should Alberta promote it?
