Post-Traumatic Stress for First Responders

Bill One was introduced in the summer sitting of the Legislature and
proposed giving first responders presumptive coverage for post-traumatic
stress disorder. Would it do enough to help those with PTSD? Or is more
needed to truly help those on the front line?
