Nearly one third of young people are overweight or obese according to Canada’s latest census – and most of them are boys.  What are we doing wrong? And: crossfit training is a new trend to get adults fit, but is it for kids? Also, new recommendations on the amount of meat that can be eaten by six-month-olds.
