Privacy Rights in a Digital Age

There's a camera-ready phone in almost every pocket capable of capturing your image and sharing it in an instant - on Facebook, Youtube, even the six o'clock news.

While there are some laws addressing what organizations can do with your image, protection for individuals is less clear. Despite expectations of privacy, there is very little to stop someone from taking your picture in a public place.

Where is the line between privacy and public domain? Who controls your rights in the digital age?
