Talk of the Town: Swim to Survive

After her eight year old son drowned in the local pool, a Carstairs mother has made it her goal to introduce a water safety program to small towns throughout our province. Swim to Survive teaches kids the basic skills needed to prevent water accidents and Jeanette Neave is bringing this program to rural Albertan children.
