Oil company Kaiser Exploration Ltd. has suspended construction of its sweet crude well in northwest Calgary after residents rose-up against the project.
The company says there are already wells operating in Calgary, Edmonton, Medicine Hat and the list goes on…Critics are calling for new rules on drilling near neighbourhoods.
