Whether it's a car crash on a provincial highway or a heart attack at a seniors' home - paramedics are often the first medical professionals on the scene. Tonight we have a special health panel focusing on our provinces first responders.
With us on this special Health Panel is Dale Bayliss, Paramedic in Beaver County, Registered Nurse and an Instructor at Lakeland College; Rick Fraser, Paramedic in the Calgary area and MLA for Calgary South-East; and Stephen Woodburn, CEO of Advanced Paramedic Ltd.
