Alberta’s Worst Drivers

We have more details this week of Edmonton’s new police traffic teams. They will target that city's top 100 worst drivers using data complied by police and the city. They will then inspect the selected vehicles bumper to bumper looking for signs of criminal activity. Edmonton Police Chief Rob Knecht says this isn't traditional enforcement, it is also intelligence gathering.
