One hundred years ago, the first Calgary Stampede was meant to be just a one-time thing. American promoter Guy Weadick had a dream to out-do Buffalo Bill's Wild West Extravaganza, and so four Calgary businessmen backed him up with the cash to make it happen. Joining us is Dean Burns, great grand-nephew of Senator Patrick Burns, one of the Big Four.
