Original Air Date:
Tuesday, July 10, 2012
With little to no warning, thousands of Albertans were temporarily left without electricity, the result of rolling blackouts ordered by the Alberta Electric System Operator.

We speak with Doug Simpson, Director of Market Operations for Alberta Electric System Operator.
