Tolls on the Roads

Included in MLA Mike Allen’s committee proposals to improve safety on Highway 63 are toll roads as a way to cover costs. Also, more traffic tickets, selling Alberta bonds, public private partnerships, or using current revenue by bumping other projects and federal funds.
But Ottawa is trimming spending and that's just one reason a University of Calgary report supports tolls.
