Rumours circulate that former Premier Ralph Klein is set to receive the Order of Canada.
We’ve spoken about the idea of Ralph Klein receiving this award in the past on Primetime This Week, in light of a campaign on his behalf by some of the people who know him, such as Rod Love. Are the rumours true this time?
