Carbon Capture and Storage

Last week Transalta Corporation, the lead partner in the $1.4 billion pioneer carbon capture and storage(CCS) project, said the CCS market doesn't justify the expense. Why are businesses backing out?  

The federal government announced in this year's budget that they are saving money by eliminating money, the penny to be exact. Federal Finance Minister Jim Flaherty said last week, “free our pennies" and donate them to charity.
