The Devil’s Cinema: True Account of Mark Twitchell

Original Air Date: Tuesday, March 27, 2012

The name Mark Twitchell is one many Albertans won't soon forget.  Dubbed the "Dexter Killer", the Edmonton filmmaker turned murderer grabbed international headlines for his conviction in the death of Johnny Altinger.
Sitting through the grisly details revealed during Twitchell's trial was former Edmonton journalist Steve Lillebuen.  That knowledge, as well as numerous interviews with the convicted killer, has resulted in the true crime account The Devil's Cinema.

Why tell this horrific tale? What drove the Alberta filmmaker to murder?
We speak with Steve Lillebuen -- Author of The Devil's Cinema.
