A new eight month provincial sting operation by Action on Smoking and Health says 90 per cent of retailers are carding kids trying to buy cigarettes. However, 60 per cent didn't care what the numbers on the card said and would still sell smokes to them regardless of what the ID said. Yukon Jack gives his take on smokin’ teens.
