Premier Alison Redford is heading east once again to meet tomorrow in Quebec City with Premier Jean Charest, as well as the Quebec Provincial Cabinet. While described as an "informal" meeting with her Quebec counterpart, it is expected Premier Redford will bring up her push for a national energy strategy, as well as Alberta’s concerns over federal health care transfers.
